Location was perfect, just close to Her Majesty's Theatre, staff was helpful however we didn't see much of them.

Place was affordable and within walking distance of prince of wales theatre. The service was impeccable, outstanding staff and early check-in. There was a jacuzzi. The morning meal was freshly prepared with awesome food

Position was amazing, liked it. Try Caffe Concerto within 5 minutes walk for tea and goodies. Set 2 km from big ben. The accommodation was ideal for what we needed.
